Payment Methods: We accept cashier checks and money orders. Your payment must accompany your order. All items ordered by telephone will be held until your payment arrives. We do not accept COD orders. Pennsylvania residents are required to include 6% sales tax, which will be calculated for you if you order through our secure order form. You may call in or e-mail us yourresale number if you wish to defer your Pennsylvania state tax payment.
Terms & Guarantee: The Crown & Eagle Antiques, Inc. will extend return privileges on what we sell. Every attempt has been made to accurately describe each item, noting defects, if any. All references made to dates, tribal affiliation, etc. are made to the best of our research and knowledge. If you are unhappy with what you receive, you may return it, prepaid within 3 days of receipt, in the condition sent. We will refund the purchase price to the original purchaser only within 30 days of sale if the article is found not to be as represented. Crown & Eagle Antiques, Inc. cannot be held liable for typographical errors.
Shipping: Shipping charges shown with each item include insurance, handling, and UPS ground shipment. If you would prefer another method of shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Prior Sale: Items offered are subject to prior sale and are one of a kind; please accept our apology if an item you request has already been sold. Every effort to mark items "sold" or replace them with other desirable Items will be taken. We will contact you promptly if the item you desire is no longer available and let you know of any other comparable item in our possession. 
Purchases & Appraisals: We are interested in purchasing single items or collections. Our interests in antiques and collectiblescover a wide area. Please let us know what you have.
